As soon as I know the Bluebells are out I change my route to work from Okeford Hill to across Bulbarrow to Milton Abbas. The road across the top of the Delcombe Valley cuts through the woods and I know the Bluebells are going to give a good display.

I have seen the local Racing stables exercise their horses many times on Okeford Hill and I knew there was a good photo there somewhere. The Opportunity came one morning as I was waiting for my friend to go for a walk I crossed the road from the car park and they were just making [...] My first Photo of the week was taken last Sunday from Bell Hill on the chalk ridge that runs to one side of the Blackmore Vale. It includes Shillingstone Forest, Okeford Hill, Bell Hill, Bulbarrow to the Dorset Gap and further. Thank you for taking a look at my Photo Blog.
